Why Is My Perfume Oil Quantity Less

You must have noticed, when you get similar quantity of perfume oils, one might look lesser than the other, but weigh the same measurements on a weighing scale. Below is a logical explanation to that.

OIL DENSITY.

The term density means substance lightness, denseness or heaviness. It is how much space a substance takes up (its volume) in relation to the amount of matter in that substance (its mass). Another way to put it is that density is the amount of mass per unit of volume. If an object is heavy and compact, it has a high density (it weighs more)

Density of oils vary that's why even when they are of same weight they take up different space area like shown in the video above.

Although, the thickness or thinness of oil doesn't affect quality of the perfume oil. It can either be thick or thin due to its production process, as some oils are just naturally heavier while some are light.

Therefore, when measuring out your perfume oils in its bottles, please use a weighing scale. This is a must have for every perfume vendor to be clarified on an accurate perfume measurement.
