Power Of An Initial Deposit.

 An initial deposit is a specified minimum amount paid to secure or show commitment to that preferred property.

I call it The Procrastination Killer 😃 as this is the first financial step a client takes to become a property owner. 

This is also a guaranteed process of partaking in a property special offer or launch price. 

For instance,  an estate is launched at an introductory price of N10m for a period of one month. Perfect location, perfect title, and fantastic development. This is a good deal! A minimum payment of 10% the introductory price has secured a unit/plot of this freshly baked estate 🤠 while an Instalment payment of balance is made monthly with or without an interest (depending on the estate package).
