3 Major Factors To Consider Before A Property Investment.

1) Environment; This is my first factor as your environment matters the most. Go for a physical or virtual inspection, take note of the road network, the institutions/companies around, the type of structures in the neighbourhood and yes, its proximity to the nearest bus stop and market. 

2) Historical Title; Dear clients,  it is necessary to have a lawyer who will carry out legal document investigation on that property title, confirm if the property has been excised to the family (indigenes), its survey registered, and they have the governor's consent to sell.

3) Price; The first two factors (Environment & Title) determines a property worth. It is never under prices, expect in case of a distress sale or a pre-launch price.
