THE FOUR (4) REAL ESTATE PRICING STRATER


 1) Pre-launch Pricing; is a price you get a property before it gets into the market. This is very advantageous as this is the property cheapest price level.

2) Introductory Pricing; also known as Launch price. This is higher than the pre-launch price as the property is being introduced to the market. Subscribing to a property launch price is still at an advantage as this is lesser than the next price level.

3) Actual Pricing; is the genuine property price based on its facilities ie, size, location, infrastructures, title, etc. The property is sold at its actual price till it's sold out.

4) Secondary Market Pricing; is the property highest price level, as this is sold by individuals who keyed into the first three pricing strater.
