Case Study:

Mrs. A has N10million in her savings account, but is not satisfied with her interest. Mrs. D (a property manager) introduced her to XYZ construction company who just launched an estate located at XOXO. 

A unit is selling for N14million Pre-Launch price, outright purchase from 0-6 months with an initial deposit of N3million, as Mrs. D advises Mrs. A to secure a unit. 

Mrs. A claims not to be in need of a property at the said location, but knows someone (Mr. H) who needs a property at XOXO in 2 months time.

Mrs. D (a good property manager) further advises Mrs. A to secure the pre-launch price of N14million now, and sell to Mr. H at the estate market price in 2 months time, as the estate launch price of N16million will set out in a month time. 

Mrs. A makes an initial deposit of N3million, and subsequent payments for 2 months, then sells to Mr. H at the estate market price of N16million at the said time.

In a space of 2 months Mrs. A gained N2million with the help of a good property manager Mrs. D. 

Is this smart investment or not?
