When People Ask Me If Real Estate Nigeria Is Scam
Let's get this straight, there are over 50 Real Estate companies in Nigeria, some have made names and trust of the public while some are upcoming. With a lot of companies believe me the competition is strong.
PWAN HOMES now PWAN GROUP is the 1st Real Estate in Nigeria to introduce network marketing, having over 100 registered consultants and partners. How do you think they can pull these people together and educate them about all their products? By organising seminars, training, summit and even road shows. Doing this fliers are given to consultant and partners for product knowledge.
Therefore, the idea of fliers are more useful to consultant and partners than clients.
Illustration; I'm out to a mall, get into a conversation with some people, I ask what they do and they me the same, believe me as a consultant the next thing I'll do is to reach out to my flier with my name and number on it saying "I'm an independent Realtor" and handing it over to them.
Note; Real Estate companies are not selling fliers they sell properties, realtors distribute fliers with their number on it for marketing. If you have gotten a land and your complain is "I'm yet to see what I saw in the flier" please make sure you go back to your FAQ, some estates are scheduled for allocation and development in the next 5years depending on it's location and documentation.
Conclusion; please I beg the public Real Estate Nigeria Is Not A Scam, we just suffer for lack of proper information.
